How do I delete my account, and can I get it back?

You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app. It is a request: the account is closed within a few days, and you are told what happens to your data.

Delete Account, at the end of Settings — Haydai Submit the request — or Cancel — Haydai

Step by step

  1. Tap the H at the top left, then Settings, and scroll to Delete Account.
  2. Read the notice, then tap Submit. Nothing happens by accident — Cancel closes it.
  3. Your account is deleted within 5 days. Sign in again before that with the same number if you change your mind.
