How do I manage a group: admins-only posting, admins, removing members?

As the group's admin you decide who can post, who else is an admin, and who stays. Everything is on the Group info page.

Step by step

  1. Open the group and tap its name at the top to open Group info.
  2. Under Group permissions, switch on Only admins can send. Members still read everything but cannot post; switch it off the same way.
  3. Tap the three dots next to a member: Make admin, Block, Report, or Remove member.
  4. Add member and Invite to group via link are on the same page; Leave group is at the bottom.
